The transportation within Bucharest is free of charge. The delivery of the packages will be made according to the rules and regulations established by the competent authorities for this kind of activities.

The ordered products will be delivered to the address mentionmed in the order form in maximum 24 hours from the order confirmation.

The products ordered by 11:00 AM can be delivered the same day.

The products ordered on Friday after 11:00 AM, on Saturday and on Sunday, will be confirmed Monday.

All products will be packaged accordingly, in order to maintain their quality during transportation.

Upon your order's arrival, kindly check the product's state and functionality (if applicable), the warranty deadline and carry out the quantitative reception, by signing the accompanying documents at the end of the delivery process.

The product that does not correspond in quality (packaging error, faulty transportation, expiured wanrranty deadline etc.) will be returned.
